We are looking for an experienced, talented and motivated individual to work with the Noodle Kitchen (Line Cook) . We are a scratch kitchen we make all of our own sauces, no premade stuff here.
Job Requirements and qualifications etc
• Minimum 2 years kitchen experience
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge and experience in all aspects of kitchen equipment and operations
• Knowledge of kitchen safety and health compliance, audits and inspections
• Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times
• Maintain recipes data base integrity
• Hands on operational trouble shooting
